Here’s the Process, from design to completion;
Design Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the project.
Conceptual Design: Develop initial design concepts and ideas based on the consultation.
Detailed Design and Planning: Refine the design concepts into detailed plans, including layouts, materials, and finishes.
Permitting and Approvals: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities before construction begins.
Demolition and Site Preparation: Clear the site and prepare it for construction, including any necessary demolition work.
Rough Carpentry: Construct the structural framework, including walls, floors, and roof.
Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Installation: Install rough plumbing, electrical wiring, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Insulation and Drywall Installation: Install insulation for energy efficiency and soundproofing, followed by drywall installation.
